What are some nonprescription pills to help with the frequent urge to use the bathroom? or some home remidies?

My daughter says she has to use the bathroom alot and im not really sure what to do. I don't believe it's a bladder infection. I really dont want to have to take her to the docter though because are docter is a man and I don't want her to get embaressed.She says even after she uses the bathroom she still feels like she has too. I need some nonprescription pills or some home remidies for her.

Cranberry juice may prevent an infection, but if she has 1, she need antibiotic. Drink lots of water...8 glasses/day

I'm not sure this will cure it, but the following are very good for getting rid of infections & boosting immune system:
Astragalus
Goldenseal root (only 5 days in a row)
Oil of Oregano (pills)
Tea Tree Oil (for external use)
Echineacea
