Does electroless nickel finish make aluminum non-conductive?

I know that anodization makes aluminum non-conductive. How about electroless nickel plating?

No.

Anodization coats the aluminum surface with aluminum oxide, which is non-conductive. Nickel, however, is conductive, and electroless nickel is no exception to that. In fact it is not uncommon to electroplate another metal on top of the electroless nickel coating.
